What the warranty covers

JTJS Europe Oy guarantees that the product delivered to the customer works as it should and is free from manufacturing faults and material defects for 3 years from the date of delivery (warranty period). Any defect claimed under the warranty will be taken care of by repairing the unit, replacing it or partially refunding it.

Not covered: wear-and-tear parts

  • Battery and charging cable
  • Glass tubes and screens
  • Dosing capsules
  • Accessories included with the product: carrying pouch, o-rings and screens

Your statutory rights

The contractual or statutory rights of the customer against JTJS Europe Oy are not affected by this warranty. The applicable statutory provisions apply, in particular Finnish consumer law 15 a § (22.12.2021/1242). The period of limitation for statutory claims for defect is twenty-four (24) months and begins when the products are delivered.

Conditions for the warranty to be valid

  • The product has not been damaged by the customer through mishandling, and shows no signs of damage caused by use against its normal intended purpose.
  • The product shows no signs of repairs that were not authorized by JTJS Europe Oy.
  • The serial number is intact and the unit has been registered.

Registration

This warranty is valid only if the customer registers the product within one year of delivery at tinymightvape.eu or tinymightvape.com (or registered it by 31 December 2024 for earlier devices). The warranty is voided if the product has not been registered within this period.

The product can be registered only once and only by the original owner of the device — the warranty is not transferable in case of re-sale.

Making a warranty claim

  • Present the original invoice and claim within 2 months of the issue becoming obvious.
  • For the first year, JTJS Europe Oy covers two-way shipping costs. For the rest of the warranty period, the customer covers sending the unit in; JTJS Europe Oy pays for shipping it back.
  • Any customs duties and similar costs must be paid by the customer.
  • JTJS Europe Oy may charge a fee of €80.00 for unnecessary warranty cases — for example if the unit was damaged by misuse or unauthorized repairs, or is working as expected per the instruction manual.

This warranty is subject to the laws of Finland.
