Devices are sent by DHL Express, fully tracked (UPS to the United States). Small accessories travel as priority letters through the postal network, from €5 by weight, without online tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

For accessory orders below €324, tracked Express rates apply by destination if you prefer a courier over letter post. The exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay:

Dispatch & delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Helsinki, Finland. Express shipments are fully tracked and typically arrive within a few business days, depending on your destination and any local customs processing.
Customs & taxes
Prices in our EU store include VAT. We pay all import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on every order, to every country. Shipments leave duties-paid: the total you see at checkout is the final cost, and nothing is collected from you on delivery.
