Not completely happy with your order? You can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

We want you to be satisfied with your Tinymight. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns work at tinymightvape.eu.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, email us at info@tinymightvape.com within the withdrawal period, then return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of that notification. We refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return conditions

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used.

How to return an item

1. Email info@tinymightvape.com to let us know you’d like to return your order and to receive instructions.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship it back to the address we provide, keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item’s condition, we’ll process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for processing; refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@tinymightvape.com and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange. Manufacturing faults after use are covered separately under our warranty (3-year warranty on Tinymight devices).
